She has been a birth doula for over a decade and attended over 250 births. Liz is also a mama, a wife and runs multiple other birthy businesses.

She co-owns and operates a successful perinatal education center in Portland, OR called Birth First Education Center and runs a nonprofit that assists low income parents with birth and postpartum doula care called Portland New Family Fund.

Tiffany Decker

Tiffany Decker has been in the birth world since 2011, wearing the hats of birth & postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, sleep coach, and owner of several agencies. She's a serial entrepreneur with a passion in empowering fellow doulas to build sustainable careers.

she leverages her experience and expertise to coach doulas on setting confident fees and establishing healthy professional boundaries. You can expect straightforward, slightly sarcastic support and a promise that she will never tell you to charge your worth (trust her on this). She currently runs and owns Birthing Stone Doula in Portland Oregon, Seattle Sleep Trainer.
